Refund policy

Seasons Studios Limited understands that occasionally we need to return an unwanted item and we want to make life as easy as possible for when this occurs, which is why we offer a Full Refund within 10 working days (Excluding Delivery Fee).

All we ask is that the item is unworn, has the original tags attached and packaging included.

Because of this please take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items with damage such as makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discolouration / tampered labels and tags will be refused any refund and you order will then be sent back to you. 

Returns must be returned with order number and full delivery address details. If you do not include your order number / address in your parcel, we will NOT be able to locate your return.

Returns may take up to 14 working days to process once we have received it.

All orders are looked over twice with two different members of staff before being dispatched, all orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.

Please note we are currently not excepting any returns on swimwear items.

Products that are included in sales discounts & deals are not able to be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We do not cover your shipping cost. Also, if an item is returned, our postage charge is also non-refundable.
